Help Jade Temple make a difference by donating whatever you can:  Money, Food, Clothing, Hygiene Products, Furniture, Household Appliances, Tools and Landscaping Equipment (Lawn Mowers, Weed Eaters, Hauling Trailers, and Other Implements) that can be used to create job opportunities for those willing and wanting to work but lacking the necessary means to do so.  Even donate Used Cars and Pick-Up Trucks if you can.  Let's put these able bodies to work!  Also Vans can certainly be used for transporting people en mass to and from the State and Federal Agencies that  provide assistance to the indigent and otherwise handicapped;  and to Clinics and Hospitals for those in need of medical care and attention.  And if you own unoccupied lands and/or houses, please help in providing space and shelter for those in desperate need of it.

 

You will have the double satisfaction of knowing that your contributions to this worthy cause are not only tax deductible, but also results in a positive physical effect on the communities that  need assistance the most.  For when we help to improve the quality of life for those too impoverished to fend for themselves, we also help to decrease the crime and gang-related activities that result from a desperation to survive by any means necessary.  So this is much more than a typical appeal to your spirit of goodwill and charity; it's a solemn cry to show compassion for those who have not and are struggling for a better way.  Rather we consciously acknowledge it or not, what goes on in our neighborhoods affect us all, no matter how indirectly.  So we are all in this together.
